Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Note- any custom made item will require up to 3 weeks to be made before shipping. 

Shipping Carriers & Delivery Times

We ship using UPS and USPS, depending on your location and package size. 

Standard Shipping 

  • Estimated delivery: 3-7 business days after processing
  • Carrier: UPS or USPS
  • Cost: Calculated at checkout
  • Note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or holidays

Shipping Locations

We currently ship anywhere within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Rates:

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery Address
  • Package Weight
  • Shipping Method Selected

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is marked delivered but not received, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of deliver. When reaching out include:

-Your order number

-Photos (if damaged)

We'll gladly help resolve the issue.
